Processing Plants

The facility's large capacity allows for handling third party processing as well as FarmPure Seeds product. The experienced staff are responsible for receiving, storage, conditioning of seed, sampling, bagging and tagging of seed, quality control, and shipping.

Constructed in 2003, this plant has a processing capacity of 8,000 to 10,000 MT annually, has 5 warehouses totaling 28,580 sq. ft., and bulk storage of 7,000 MT. There are three cleaning lines and blenders that process both hard seed and grasses. These cleaning lines provide a greater flexibility
in being able to easily shift between grasses and legumes, providing excellent and timely service.
The main warehouse contains a state of the art independent packaging facility that bags and palletizes seed at 22 bags/minute.

This plant is set up to handle large volumes and provide 'just-in-time' treated canola to meet market demands. This keeps inventories down and allows us to also provide service to third party customers. Located 275 km Northwest of Winnipeg, this plant provides seed cleaning, treatment and seed sales.

The facility includes 1 cleaning line, a seed-treating unit, and a bulk and bag storage area. The storage capacity is 3000 MT for bulk seed and 24,500 sq. ft. for bagged storage or space for 120,000 x 25 kg bags.
